Billing questions

How paying works

Once a year, per building, based on the number of units under management. We raise a proper, legally-correct invoice and you pay it by bank transfer — there is no card processor in the middle.

No. Flats and commercial units are billed at €10.00 per year; parking spaces, garages and storage units count a quarter — €2.50 per year. Your invoice shows one line per unit type, so you can check it at a glance.

VAT is added according to your country and status: standard German VAT, EU reverse charge with a valid VAT-ID, or the small-business exemption. Your invoice shows exactly which applies.

New units are billed pro rata for the days remaining until that building’s renewal, so you only ever pay for what you actually manage.

No setup fee, no minimum number of units, no per-seat charge, and no separate fee for the owner portal. The per-unit price is the whole cost.

No. The 30-day trial is free and card-less. You are only ever invoiced after you actively choose to continue.

The paid contract runs twelve months to begin with, then continues indefinitely and either side can end it with one month’s notice. The 30-day trial comes before any of that and commits you to nothing.

Nothing. There is no exit fee and no export fee: you can export your whole organisation at any time, we hand over the rest on request, and anything you paid in advance for time after the contract ends comes back to you pro rata.
